The best art files are those in PDF, BMP, JPEG, or PSD. If you do not have your logo in these files, send us what you have, and we’ll contact you. Images from the Internet will need to be re-drawn for an additional fee.

For all new orders, you will receive an art proof to review and approve or make changes to. We will also provide you with the details of costs associated with re-drawing or enhancing your logo so that it will print/embroider in the best possible quality.

Screen Printing: The minimum order is 12 pieces for 1 or 2 colors and 36 pieces for 3 to 6 colors. We can screen full front, full back, left or right chest, sleeve, or any combination of these. Screen charges vary, and you will be eligible for a free setup with quantities over 100.

Embroidery: The minimum order is 6 for embroidery, which includes hats. Embroidery is priced out by quantity and stitch count. The bigger the order, the lower the price per piece. We can also embroider towels, knit hats, caps, dress shirts, and most Ts.

Promotional Products: The minimum order varies based on the product. Call us for details. Pricing is available in the promotional products catalogue.

Quantity discounts are available, and we can waive setup charges on larger orders. Call us!

Yes, if they are new and you meet the minimums.

Most orders are completed within 10 business days.

The minimum for embroidery is 6 pieces.

The minimum for screen printing is 12 pieces for 1 and 2 colors and 36 pieces for 3 to 6 colors.

Screen setup charges are $25.00 per color (one-time charge).

Embroidery setup varies from $50.00 to $150.00, depending on the complexity of the design (one-time charge).

Embroidered names are at $4.00.

Heat-applied names are at $5.00.

Heat-applied numbers are at $2.00 per digit (8”) and $1.50 per digit (6”).

Garments brought in for embroidery are at $8.00. The minimum order is 6 pieces.
